Program outcomes

  1. Manage the scope, cost, timing and quality of a project including the project success as defined by the project stakeholders.
  2. Align a project to an organization's strategic plans and business justification throughout the lifecycle.
  3. Establish project goals, constraints, deliverables, performance criteria, control needs, and resource requirements in consultation with stakeholders.
  4. Perform tasks with professionalism, ethics, and integrity to work effectively as a project leader and role model to teams.
  5. Adapt projects in response to issues that arise both internally and externally to an organization.
  6. Integrate inclusive practices to support and promote equity, participation, and collaboration of diverse stakeholders when managing projects.
  7. Utilize technology tools for communication, collaboration, information management, and decision support.
  8. Determine the most appropriate project methodology, such as Agile or Waterfall, and implement the relevant framework to effectively manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
  9. Apply appropriate legal and ethical standards to the execution and management of a project.
  10. Facilitate effective communication to produce high-quality business documents that integrate project management terminologies to support project outcomes.
  11. Recognize the importance of project objectives and outcomes that consider an inclusive and a sustainable global economy, to support alignment with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
