- Plan the implementation of quality management processes within an industrial organization following TQM and ISO principles to create value for an enterprise.
- Use process performance tools and metrics to identify issues, opportunities, and propose recommendations for resolution and overall process improvement.
- Apply analytical methods to lead advanced product quality planning activities in an industrial environment using accepted quality assurance techniques.
- Apply measurement and analytical techniques to evaluate and inform decisions about product and process performance and design.
