Program outcomes

  1. Identify, install, and service the components of a typical business computer system using specific practices and procedures.
  2. Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software based on client needs.
  3. Build a local area network using hardware and software to connect systems together for the purpose of sharing data and resources.
  4. Identify methods used to provide effective IT network support and services to address user needs.
  5. Communicate technical information effectively using various forms of documentation to notify stakeholders of setup and/or repairs made to the infrastructure.

  7. Solve problems typical in an IT infrastructure services setting relating to installation, monitoring and configuration using diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.
