Program outcomes

  1. Promote workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging using current industry best practices to increase employee satisfaction in the workplace
  2. Reflect on the use of a business communication methodology and/or strategy to convey messages across all levels of organizational structures in a variety of situations
  3. Analyze current management methodologies and techniques in a variety of working environments, including remote, hybrid, and global to maximize employee productivity, retention, and satisfaction
