Laboratory quality management professionals are in high demand across multiple laboratories and applied sectors as organizations and industries recognize the value that quality and efficiency bring to their teams. The Graduate Certificate in Laboratory Quality Management is designed to allow you to solve real-world problems in various manufacturing and clinical settings. If you are a laboratory professional and wish to enhance your expertise in quality management and advance your career, this program is ideal for you.

Building on your expertise across various disciplines, as a graduate of this program you will have earned the skills necessary to implement process improvement projects on elements of continuous quality improvement, quality management, and implementing quality standards. Over the course of this two-term program, you will complete a broad array of courses, including statistical analysis, general quality standards, human resources management, and application of quality management principles.

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a needs-based program designed to help Ontario students cover the cost of post-secondary education.
