This Ontario College Graduate Certificate provides a great opportunity for graduates of Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas and Degrees in Business, Information Technology and Computer Sciences, Arts, as well as Engineering and Health Sciences to hone their leadership and communication aptitudes and be ready for management and leadership positions in their chosen fields of practice. Graduates of this program might also choose to pursue additional Ontario College Graduate Certificates (such as Technical Communications or Applied Research) or pursue graduate studies, based on their prior education and interests.
