This one-year Ontario College program prepares you to manage complex technology projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall methodologies. Designed for professionals ready to lead digital transformation, the curriculum blends theory with hands-on practice to help you initiate, execute and deliver successful IT projects.
You will build a powerful foundation for a successful project management career by mastering modern delivery approaches, project lifecycles, risk and stakeholder management.
