Program outcomes

  1. Analyze and resolve Information Technology (IT) infrastructure problems through the application of systematic approaches and diagnostic tools.
  2. Determine business and stakeholder requirements for IT infrastructure solutions.
  3. Participate as a member of a team, in the delivery, expansion and continual improvement of IT solutions.
  4. Use industry best practices, principles in project management and lifecycle management to successfully administer IT solutions.
  5. Automate routine tasks, baseline systems performance, and assess resource utilization using a variety of tools.
