Program description - May 2025

Do you want to start a career in baking and pastry arts?

We can support you with that.

Through hands-on training, as well as practical and theoretical knowledge, you will learn the fundamentals of traditional and contemporary baking.

Your instructors have your success in mind – focusing on topics covering baking and pastry fundamentals, food costing, traditional cakes, sanitation and safety, as well as bakery operations.

Through a mix of working individually, and as part of a team, you will gain the skills necessary for a lifelong career as a baking professional.

Note:

Baking and Pastry Arts programs are very sought-after programs. Classes may be held Monday to Sunday 7am to 11pm.

After successful completion of the first two semesters, you can apply to the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program level 3 if you are interested in enhancing your skills.
