To register, complete the Conestoga College Regional Training Centre Course Registration at least 35 days before the course start date to allow for processing.
Please note: Applications for all NFPA 1021 courses must be processed at least six weeks prior to the start of the course.
Course fees
Your fire department will be billed course fees, plus HST, prior to the course start date. All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date.
Ontario Fire College registration fee
Your fire department will be billed a $65 Ontario Fire College registration fee per course.
Pre-class materials
Access Ontario Fire College pre-class materials:
- Select 'Log in as a guest' (below the main log in boxes)
- Use preclass as the password
- Select a folder to access files to download
Meals
Due to COVID-19, food is not allowed in the Training Centre building. As a result, meals are not provided and students must leave the building to eat. There are a number of fast food locations nearby. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Course completion
Registrants must attend all days of a course to be eligible to pass.
Cancellation policy
As soon as you realize that your fire department member will not be able to attend, the fire chief or designate should send an email to ccrtcinfo@conestogac.on.ca.
If you wish to send a substitute student, submit an e-application form with a note regarding the replacement before the student begins the online pre-course or arrives in-person. Please ensure that any substitute student has successfully completed the prerequisite requirements, if applicable, and that they have been given adequate time to complete course outline materials.
For cancellations received less than eight weeks before the start date of the course, the registration fee will still apply and be invoiced to the fire department.
Parking
Parking is provided in front of the administration building.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outside of the administration building.
