Rates for Waterloo - University Ave. apartments & suites
Fees include utilities, high-speed internet access, and a furnished suite in a three, four, or six-bedroom apartment. Your Conestoga College tuition account is separate from your Conestoga housing fees account. Do not instruct your banking institution to pay Conestoga College. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.
Please note: Unlike the college, Conestoga housing cannot defer payments for OSAP.
Annual academic years are outlined in the Student Resident Agreement. See section 1.02 of the Student Resident Agreement for details.

Acceptances for the fall term start are typically sent out in mid-May.

Waterloo campus
This location is a short walk, approximately 4 minutes (under 350m) to the Waterloo campus.
Kitchener - Downtown campus
The location is 4.5km from the Kitchener - Downtown campus. By public transit (GRT) - Route 8 is a 20-minute bus ride from University/Weber to Frederick/Weber.
Parking
You must purchase a parking permit to park while staying in Conestoga housing. This permit can also be used at any campus except the Waterloo campus.
Guests are required to purchase daily parking through HonkMobile Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. and on weekends.
Walksafe
Walksafe is a service provided by Safety and Security to escort staff, students, and visitors while on campus or at Conestoga housing. This service is available at all campuses upon request, except Milton and Stratford.
