Rates for Waterloo - King St. North student apartments & suites

The 475 King St. North rates include hydro, water, heat, and high-speed internet access. Your Conestoga College tuition is separate from your housing fees. Please do not instruct your bank to pay Conestoga College. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.

Please note: Unlike the college, student housing payments cannot be deferred for OSAP.

Parking

You must purchase a parking permit to park while staying in Conestoga housing. This permit can also be used at any Conestoga campus except the Waterloo campus.
