Conestoga's off-campus housing
This location is ideal for students attending the Parkhill Drive and Steeles Avenue locations.
Please note: students can apply for housing prior to being accepted into a program but must be a full-time registered Conestoga student at time of move in.

First-year student housing guarantee (Milton, Brantford and Waterloo only)
Apply for student housing in Milton, Brantford or Waterloo before May 1, 2025, and make your first payment by June 6, 2025, to secure your place in our Milton, Brantford or Waterloo student housing for the upcoming academic year (September 2025).
Application process:
- Accept your offer of admission from Conestoga College.
- Create a profile in the student housing portal for Milton, Brantford or Waterloo, and submit your student housing application by 11:59 p.m. EDT May 1, 2025.
- If all application requirements have been completed, you will be notified by email and provided with an invoice. Note that processing your application can take up to five business days.
- Complete the remaining portion of your housing application and make your first payment by 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 6, 2025, to secure your accommodation.
All applicants will be assigned a room at their selected community. Milton applicants will be provided a room at the Milton student housing property. Waterloo applicants will be provided a room at one of the Waterloo student housing properties. Brantford applicants will be provided a room at the Brantford student housing property.
Accommodation preferences
All rooms will be assigned first come, first serve, and based on room type and rate. We cannot guarantee the room type, specific property, and proximity to campus.

Rates for Milton - Lily Cres.
The rates for Milton - Lily Cres. include hydro, water, heat, and high-speed internet access.
The fully furnished townhomes have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one half-bath, accommodating five students. Three students will have their own bedrooms, and two students will share one bedroom.
Your Conestoga College tuition is separate from your housing fees. Please do not instruct your bank to pay Conestoga College. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.
Please note: Unlike the college, student housing payments cannot be deferred for OSAP.
Spring term start: May 4, 2025 - April 26, 2026
Acceptances for the spring term are typically sent out in mid-March.

Transportation
This location is approximately 8 km from the Milton - Steeles Ave. location and approximately 10 km from the Milton - Parkhill campus. Milton Transit OnDemand provides services to the Lily Crescent area, which is approximately one hour of travel time.
Parking
Parking is limited to two cars per townhome. If you require parking, please email info@conestogaoffcampus.ca when submitting your application to apply for a parking space. Permits issued for Lily Crescent housing will be valid at all Conestoga campuses
