Rates for Brantford - Darling St. student apartments & suites

Fees include hydro, water, heat, high-speed Internet and a fully furnished suite. Your Conestoga College tuition account is separate from your Conestoga housing fees account. Do not instruct your banking institution to pay Conestoga College. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.

Please note: unlike the college, Conestoga housing cannot defer payments for OSAP.

Annual academic years are outlined in the Student Resident Agreement. See section 1.02 of the Student Resident Agreement for details.

Fall term start: September 1, 2024 - August 26, 2025

Acceptances for the fall term start are typically sent out in mid-May.

Transportation

This location is a short 3-minute walk across the street to the Brantford campus on Colborne Street, and an 8-minute walk and a 3-minute bicycle ride to the Wellington Street building.

This location is also conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Brantford's central bus terminal.

Parking

You must purchase a parking permit while staying in Conestoga housing. For more information on parking rates and how to purchase a parking pass, please visit Parking Services.

Guests are required to purchase daily parking through HonkMobile Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. and on weekends.

Walksafe

Walksafe is a service provided by Safety and Security to escort staff, students, and visitors while on campus or at Conestoga housing. This service is available at all campuses upon request, except Milton and Stratford.
