Program description

Quality engineering focuses on an in-depth study of organizational, technical, and strategic tools used to improve productivity and the delivery and quality of products and services.

The application of these tools addresses quality and productivity issues to help organizations standardize procedures, measure performance, improve customer satisfaction, and manage resources more efficiently.

Our one-year Process Quality Engineering advanced-level graduate certificate program provides you with the in-demand skills various industries seek. These skills include quantitative methods and statistics, Lean Six Sigma techniques, problem-solving, and operations and project management.

The Process Quality Engineering program content aligns favourably with selected American Society of Quality's (ASQ) Bodies of Knowledge. Upon program completion, graduates will be well-positioned to pursue many ASQ certifications.

Once you graduate, you will be equipped to perform process quality roles within any area of an organization.
