Conestoga College is undertaking the recruitment of its next President and Chief Executive Officer.
The recruitment process is being led by Boyden, a global executive search firm, in collaboration with the college's Administrator. The objective is to identify an exceptional leader who will guide Conestoga through its next chapter while advancing student success, academic excellence, financial sustainability, workforce development, innovation, and strong partnerships with industry and the communities the college serves.
The college is committed to conducting a thorough, comprehensive and transparent recruitment process while respecting the confidentiality required for an executive search.
The recruitment process is currently underway. The President and Chief Executive Officer position has been publicly posted by Boyden, marking an important milestone in the recruitment process.
