Program description

Lead with purpose in diverse workplaces with Conestoga's Intercultural Leadership graduate certificate.

In today's globalized economy, strong intercultural communication and leadership skills are essential for success across all sectors—from startups to multinational corporations, nonprofits to co-operatives. Conestoga's one-of-a-kind Intercultural Communication and Leadership graduate certificate equips you with the tools to lead, manage and collaborate effectively in diverse organizational environments.

This Ontario College program is designed to complement your existing educational background and prepare you for support roles in dynamic workplaces. The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a needs-based program designed to help eligible Ontario students cover the cost of post-secondary education.
