Turn your passion for fitness into a career
Start your journey toward a rewarding career in health, fitness, and wellness with the Fitness and Health Promotion diploma program. Designed for high school graduates, this hands‑on program gives you the skills, certifications, and real‑world experience needed to succeed as a fitness professional.
You'll gain a strong foundation in exercise science, personal training, nutrition, and health promotion, while also learning how to motivate and support individuals and communities in achieving their health goals. Whether you want to work one‑on‑one with clients, lead group fitness classes, or promote wellness in your community, this program prepares you for success.
The curriculum combines classroom learning with practical, hands‑on training, including an industry placement where you'll apply your skills in a real fitness or health setting. You'll also develop leadership, marketing, and entrepreneurial skills, helping you stand out in a competitive, growing industry.
As part of your studies, you can earn internationally recognized fitness certifications, such as personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and older adult fitness specialist, giving you a strong advantage when entering the workforce.
What you'll learn

The tuition and fee details for the 2026-2027 academic year (September 2026 to August 2027) are provided below for your selected intake. Please note that fees for the 2027-2028 academic year (September 2027 to August 2028) will be released in Spring 2027. Students continuing their studies into the 2027-2028 academic year should review the updated fee details when they become available. Additional costs for books and supplies may apply. All fees are subject to change and are reassessed annually.
