Program description - September 2026

Lead, launch, and grow with Conestoga's Business Administration - Management diploma.

If you're a high school graduate with dreams of running a business, leading a team, or launching your own venture, Conestoga's three-year Business Administration – Management (BAM) program is built for you. This advanced diploma gives you a broad foundation in all major areas of business, from finance and marketing to HR and operations, while helping you develop the leadership and entrepreneurial skills needed to thrive in today's competitive economy.

You'll gain hands-on experience through consulting projects, simulations, and guest speakers. With a focus on practical management techniques and real-world learning, you'll graduate ready to work in corporate, government, non-profit, or small business settings — or continue into year 4 of Conestoga's International Business Management degree program.

What you'll learn

  • Core business disciplines, including finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, and supply chain
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and business strategy
  • Practical management techniques for diverse organizations
  • Experiential learning through industry projects and simulations

Career outcomes

Graduates are prepared for a wide range of entry- to mid-level roles in private, public, and non-profit organizations, as well as entrepreneurial and small-business ventures. The program also supports progression to further education and professional credentials.

All graduates are eligible to obtain the Certified in Management (C.I.M.) designation through Chartered Managers Canada and complete four of the nine required courses toward the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
