At Conestoga you can start from where you are now and go as far as your ambition, talent and determination will take you. A certificate may lead to a diploma and a diploma may lead to a graduate certificate or to a degree from Conestoga or from another institution.
A maximum of 75 per cent of the required program courses may be completed through Credit Transfer and PLAR; 25 per cent of the program credits must be taken under the direct supervision of Conestoga faculty. All applicants with previous post-secondary education and work experience will be assessed on an individual, case-by-case basis.

Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR)
No post-secondary education but significant life or work experience? Conestoga also recognizes prior learning of skills, knowledge or competencies that have been acquired through employment, formal and informal education, non-formal learning or other life experiences through the Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) process.
