Osaro's life philosophy is "they conquer who believe they can". He inspires his students to see possibilities and earnestly strive for academic and life goals attainment. He also serves as a volunteer mentor supporting new immigrants with the Toronto Regional Immigration Employment Council (TRIEC) and Nigerians in the Region of Waterloo (NIROW).
