The Canadian population is aging and there is a growing demand for skilled administrators to support the increased demand for long term care facilities. Conestoga's program in Long Term Care Management will allow you to develop the skills necessary for administrators working in long term care, including financial, operational, human resources, and quality improvement. You will enter a dynamic and challenging career of long term care management and directly contribute to an increased quality of life for Canadians.
