Corporate Training

The Corporate Training division of Conestoga College offers expertise to develop and deliver relevant industry workshops and custom training to meet your organization's professional development needs. We understand key business issues and can provide training solutions.

You can train one employee through our affordable public workshops or an entire organization through custom training. Certification and accreditation can be built into custom courses and programs. We offer flexible delivery options to fit your needs including classroom, online or blended learning.

Academic Upgrading

The School of Career and Academic Access provides preparatory programs and options for academic upgrading. Academic upgrading allows you to attend apply to college without your grade 12 diploma, improve your written and verbal communication skills and prepare you for post-secondary college programs.

Essential Skills Training

Essential skills are the keys to success for work, learning and life. These include; reading, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, continuous learning, thinking skills and computer use. Get training in the essential skills your employees need to succeed in your workplace.

Canada-Ontario Job Grant

The Canada-Ontario Job Grant is an employer-driven initiative that provides small, medium and large-sized businesses with the opportunity to deliver training at one-third of the total cost. Receive up to $10,000 in government support per person/per training through the Canada-Ontario Job Grant.
