Confirm Your Eligibility
In order you to be able to access our services, you must first submit your disability documentation to make sure you are eligible. Please be sure to refer to the eligibility documentation guidelines in order to be able to submit the correct documentation.
The earlier you contact us, the better prepared you will be when school begins. Please forward your documentation to our office so that we can book your intake appointment. If it is determined that your disability is eligible for support, you will be registered with Accessibility Services.
Submit Your Documentation
Documentation can be faxed or submitted in person, to the Doon Campus Accessibility Services in room 1A107 or at the campus you are attending. Documents may also be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org using a separate attachment for each document.
